All‑Ways Moving & Storage, Co. offers White Glove Delivery Service for interior decorators, designers, homeowners, and offices, providing end‑to‑end handling of furniture and decor items with a high level of care.

Services Included

  • Packing and unpacking
  • Crating and professional handling
  • Inspection and documentation of items
  • Placement and assembly
  • Storage (standard or climate‑controlled)
  • Final delivery and installation
  • Disposal of unwanted furniture and packing materials (additional fees apply)

Receiving & Inspection Process

  • Deliveries are accepted Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. at our receiving dock. Upon arrival:
  • Items are inspected for external damage, which is noted immediately.
  • Within 24 hours, items are unpacked, thoroughly inspected, and photographed.
  • Photos are sent to the Designer/Homeowner, and records are updated in the Designer Portal.
  • Items are then repacked and stored safely until delivery.
  • Assembly can be done at arrival or at delivery, depending on prior instructions
  • (Note: reopening and assembly may incur hourly charges).

Handling & Care

  • Trained delivery specialists use professional equipment and take extensive precautions.
  • Special arrangements can be made for extra‑fragile items upon request.
  • The company is licensed, bonded, and insured, with optional additional insurance coverage available.

Delivery & Fees

  • Delivery fees apply per their standard rate explanation.
  • Most deliveries use a 2‑person crew, with additional fees for complex delivery conditions.
  • Storage fees apply for items awaiting pickup or return due to damage.
  • Designers are responsible for arranging pickup of damaged items.

Customization & Support

  • Programs can be customized to meet residential or commercial needs.
  • Full packing supplies are available.
